TORONTO, ONTARIO (10.05.2017) – The AstroStart and Autostart Training Day sessions took place at the Carrady Imports facility in Concord, Ontario on Wednesday, September 27th. The training day featured 3 sessions and attracted over 80 business owners, technicians and sales people. The training sessions were at 2 PM, 5 PM and 8 PM.
Directed’s Anthony Pazienza, Product Specialist Rep, did a masterful job as this was his first powerpoint presentation in a classroom style setting. The audience grew with each training as attendees learned the latest about the DS4 system. There was significant interest and buzz around DS4 from the power point presentation and the two ‘Blue Boxes’ on site provided hands-on, live demonstrations that really resonated with the crowd.
The event was co-hosted by Carrady Imports, authorized distributor for Autostart & Astrostart brands in Ontario, and Directed.
Directed’s Director of Sales-Canada Bob Hernandez commented, “Rob Walsh, owner principal of Carrady and his team really turned it up a notch with the hard work they put in to ensure a strong turnout. They rose to the challenge I gave them to outdraw the Lachine, Quebec event in attendance. Several dealers reported that the training was invaluable and were glad to see a Directed training in Ontario.”
Rob Walsh added, “With DS4 launching in North America this season it was very important for us to conduct tech trainings for the folks in Ontario and to follow up all the DS4 promoting we’ve done since CES 2017”
Carrady’s Safraaz Hussain, who coordinated the event, related to 12voltnews.com, “Each of the 3 sessions grew in attendance. First session 20, second session 25 and the last session in the evening had 45 people in the audience. We served pizza and refreshments. Following the training day we received several very positive emails about the benefits dealers received by attending. All indicated they would attend future sessions that Carrady presents.
