ERIE, PA (03.29.2016) – The Custom Audio Erie crew attended the End Result Show, March 22nd, as a group. Sondralee Orengia, Custom Audio owner, commented to 12voltnews.com, “We closed the store for the day and went to the End Result Show as a group. As a retail store owner it was tough to close the store for the day. That said, we felt is was a terrific opportunity for the longterm and looking back it was a great decision.”
The Custom Audio crew left Erie at 6AM, on Tuesday morning March 22, for the 127 mile trip to Pittsburgh. After a full day of seminars, time on the End Result Show floor, networking roundtable, meals and casino night the crew returned to Erie at 11PM that night.
Orengia continued, “Ed’s event was terrific. We saw the latest from 25 key vendors. Custom Audio carries HomeAV and 12volt products so there was so much to see. The seminars were exceptional. Bryan Schmitt’s seminars on efficiency in the install bay and custom fabrication were spot on. In addition Cindy Neky’s social media seminar made so many good points – particularly that social media is the new “word of mouth” and a great way to connect with followers.”
On the way back to Erie the Custom Audio staff talked about implementing ideas and strategies learned at the End Result Show. First on the agenda was work in the Custom Audio installation bay to increase efficiency. “In the car on the drive back we all agreed to put things we learned at the show into action. We will have the install bay set soon and will let our followers know more on social media,” Orengia concluded.
