STILLWATER, OK (03.01.2016) – KICKER Performance Audio unveils its six new CX-Series Amplifiers, which includes an additional model from previous years that delivers 1,800 watts of subwoofer power. The CX-Series will be shown at CES 2016 at booth 1719 in the Las Vegas Convention Center North Hall. These new amps will be available at Authorized KICKER Dealers in-store and online beginning in January.

An improved heat sink and a slick new design complement the classic features of the re-imagined CX-Series Amplifier line. This line of amps offers four mono models as powerful as 1,800 watts, a four-channel version and five-channel version featuring a subwoofer channel. Every CX-Series Amp mounts horizontally or vertically (with included hardware) to maximize a listener’s hauling space.

CX-Series Amps are built with the highest-quality componentry, and in the smallest possible package. Featuring a full-range RCA pass-through for easy system setup on mono amplifiers, all CXA.1 models also include KickEQ 12dB bass boost. The mono and five-channel versions of the CX-Series are also compatible with the optional CXARC Remote Bass Control to allow operation from the front of the vehicle while driving. A 3-second delay protects the system from turn-on pop, and a built-in 12dB crossover allows the user to customize frequency response. A 24dB subsonic filter is also included.

Using F.I.T. (Fail-safe Integration Technology), KICKER ensures a flexible, noise-free signal. By accepting input voltages ranging from as little as 125 millivolts to as much as 10 volts (25 watts), the amp will work with virtually any factory or aftermarket radio without the additional expense of a line-out converter.
