RESEDA, CA (06.18.2015) – Crux Interfacing Solutions announces the release of it’s v.LOGiC series of Interfaces for LVDS integration in late model vehicles. As factory installed infotainment systems have started to adapt towards a new generation of screens due to the rapid increase in visual content, the market demand for interfaces remains ever-present in this sector.
The primary versions are to include inputs for adding aftermarket Rear-view and Frontal-view cameras to factory installed systems, with provision to alternate the front-view input as an Auxiliary video input option. The initial product is the VRFMB-78A for Mercedes Benz vehicles with NTG4.5 Systems.
The enhanced features of the Interface include operating capability for utilizing the factory control knob (Comand knob) for accessing and switching between various video sources — a truly resourceful attribute that retains the OEM feel and look. Similar versions of CRUX’s flagship v.LOGiC brand for BMW and Audi are slated for release in the near future.
