SHREVEPORT LA (01.23.2015) – The bright lights of Las Vegas, showcasing new products and programs, will be replaced by untold miles of Interstate highways as distributors and their vendor partners take the show on the road with a jam-packed schedule of regional shows hosted by distributors from coast to coast and border to border.
Many 12volt retailers do not regularly attend major trade shows SEMA and CES. A distributor show provides proactive 12volt retailers a low cost opportunity to see many brands, new products, meet with factory staffers, territory reps, attend training sessions and rub elbows with fellow retailers in the area. Investing a day, and a few bucks for gas, will in all likelihood be a tremendous investment for 12volt retail store owners and sales staff – installation professionals too. Free stuff, raffle items and a good meal are always on a distributor’s show “menu” also.
Robin McNeal, PowerBass offered, “We are already pouring over airline schedules. Distributor shows are important vehicle for us to show dealers the latest PowerBass and Blues lines. This year Brad Fair, Patrick Brooks and I will be be talking Image Dynamics with dealers attending our distributor’s shows.”
“The CRUX Express, straight from the CES floor, will be on site at a number of distributor shows. The 33′ Pace Arrow has an updated look and is loaded with new interface solutions to make dealer’s lives better. The distributor show circuit was terrific for CRUX in 204 and we anticipate 2015 will be even better” Mike Beyersdoerfer stated.
DAS will be back in the bright lights of Atlantic City for their dealer show. Derek Lehman stated, “The DAS Show in Atlantic City last year saw a strong double digit growth in attendance. We have great vendor support and plans for an even better show this year.”
Ricky Gibson, N&H Electronics, stated to 12voltnews.com, “Dealers are already asking questions about our 2015 show – which is just a month away. Our show is early in the season and gets dealers prepared the uptick in business around tax refund time.”
Kevin Holder, Ultimate Marketing, related to 12voltnews.com, “We had a terrific show last year and have made plans to make this year’s show even stronger. The recent addition of the Kenwood brand to our Carolina’s territory will add a new dimension to our 2015 event.”
“We are back at the Twin Rivers Casino in Lincoln RI and have heard from a number of dealers who have already made plans to attend our 2015 show on April 2nd,” Tom Sylvester of Sylvester Electronics commented on the CES 2015 show floor to 12voltnews.com.
The Altron show is set for April 25th in Pontiac. Mark Erdman stated, “We declared our show date early this year. Our vendors are excited and we expect to top last year’s attendance and order writing.”
“Attending a distributor show is virtually a must for 12volt retailers in a given territory. Most distributors have an impressive selection of brands and offer show specials.”
“You can save freight by picking up orders, too. We encourage you to put attending a distributor show this spring on the top of the list.”
