VALPARAISO, IN (11.15.2014) – The Cartronix Inc 3rd annual “Coats for Kids” drive is in full swing. The Cartronix Coats for Kids drive began on October 12th and runs until December 1st. The nationally recognized 12volt retailer is collecting coats for the local “Hilltop Neighborhood House” also located in Valparaiso, Indiana. In fact, for the past two years they have collected over 800 coats.

Cartronix is a top Mobile Electronics Retailer in the nation that gives their clients who donate a winter item a $25.00 off for a remote car starter until December 1st of this year. Eric M. Carter from Cartronix stated, “It’s all about helping the unfortunate children in the community and helping them stay warm so they can enjoy outdoor social and educational activities, waiting for the bus or family trips.” He also added, “It only takes a little time to dig out old coats from a closet and then drop them off a our store.”

Handing a “gently used” coat to someone in need is a wonderful experience for all. The temperature in Valparaiso dropped into the 20’s with snow on November 12th so the timing of the Kids for Coats drive, and support from Cartronix, is perfect.”
