LAS VEGAS, NV (11.05.2014) – SEMA 2014 got off to a spectacular start. Tuesday, November 4th, was a “Chamber of Commerce Day” with the bluest sky in the world and a Las Vegas Convention Center packed throughout with exhibitors and attendees. All of the outside areas around the massive LVCC were also alive with people and machines of all types.
The North Hall, home to most 12volt exhibitors, Central Hall and the distant South Hall were filled with over 2,000 exhibitors.

On Tuesday AppTronics received the “Best of Show Award-Mobile Electronics” for the company’s SmartNav 5 RearView Mirror system. AppTronics owner Mark Tierno accepted the award.
Big 12volt news on the North Hall floor was the return of Oz Audio. Craig Smith stated, “It’s the ‘Rebirth of a Legend.’ The line includes separates, coaxials, subwoofers and amplifiers and 12volt retailers can attain the profit margins they need for their businesses.”
