RICHMOND, VA (12.10.2013) – Audio Express is on the high end road to 12volt success. The Focal Boutique is front and center.

Andy Bagwell, President of the family owned business founded in 1977, commented to 12voltnews.com, “We have seen our customer’s demographic shift to a 35 to 54 year old consumer. That consumer is typically more sophisticated, looking for quality and customer service. The Focal brand, and Focal Boutique, is an ideal vehicle to connect with that consumer.”

Audio Express exited to home audio business in the fairy recent past. “We converted the home audio sound room into the Focal Boutique in our Midlothian location. We designed the room for the ultimate Focal presentation. Lighting, branding and product presentation set the stage to demonstrate incredible the Kit 7 Utopia components and other products in the Focal lineup,” Bagwell added.

Jamie White, Opus Marketing, helped orchestrate the creation of the Focal Boutique at Audio Express. “We have been working with Andy for the past several years to get Focal to this level. The Focal Boutique is the culmination of joint efforts from Audio Express and Focal. The Focal Boutique launch included intense training sessions and a “Private Focal Night. The closed door event invited the “right” customers – including car dealerships along with other retail businesses selling high end products. A USACi Focal Word Champion vehicle, Ron Baker-York PA, showcased the ultimate Focal sound. Sales that first evening topped 7K. A similar event is planned for February 2014 along with a salesperson and installer contest,” White stated.
