Tour to reach over 20 major U.S. markets focusing on key JVC dealers, featuring JVC product activation, live music, runway fashion show, and Harley Wheelies stunt show.
LOS ANGELES, CA (04.27.2013) – JVC Mobile Entertainment presents its Plugged-In Road to Sturgis Tour, crisscrossing the US, geared towards embracing JVC Mobile Entertainment’s Independent Dealer Network. Launching in May, the tour will make appearances at top JVC Mobile dealer locations, activating a fun and exciting road show in their parking lots and communities, providing new product demonstrations, literature, tech support, live music entertainment, motorcycle stunt shows, a model runway show, contests, giveaways, and more..
Dealers and retailers will also add elements that make the experience unique to each market, utilizing local advertising and promotions, along with leveraging their relationships with consumers, car clubs, motorcycle clubs, food vendors and others to drive excitement and attendance to the events.
The tour will also focus on educating consumers on the many options for integrating JVCME head units with the top music, entertainment, navigation and convenience mobile apps, such as Pandora, iHeartRadio, Tune-In, MotionX, BBE and many others.
“It is becoming increasingly more difficult to educate and expose consumers to the technology that can be available at their fingertips. The Plugged-In Tour is a way to drive traffic to our local retailers, educate and entertain potential new fans of mobile entertainment products”. “So we figured what better way to get people out to our dealers? Why not bring a free admission lifestyle driven co promoted festival right to their front doorstep!” said Chad Vogelsong, General Manager, Marketing JVC Mobile Entertainment.
Putting together an explosive entertainment package, JVC will be featuring live music from Angels Fall (www.angelsfallmusic), Girl On Fire (http://www.girlonfiremusic.com) and Lost In Los Angeles (www.lostinlosangeles.com); a Harley wheelies stunt show from Unknown Industries; and a fashion runway show by Romantic Rock – plus providing support and creating awareness for two great charities Music Saves Lives and Boot Campaign.
