Erie, PA (June 10, 2010) – Erie, Pennsylvania may be one of the luckiest cities in the US. Lou Norman and Enormis Mobile Specialties serve the Erie market.
Norman and his staff work tirelessly to raise the level of awareness for mobile electronics products and to show consumers how 12volt products can enhance their everyday lives.
“We work virtually 24/7 to keep our brand in front of consumers and attract new customers. We are the experts in town and we work to prove it everyday” Norman told 12voltnews.com. Continuing Norman related “Social media and our participation in a ‘Tech Tips’ program on a local television station are a very important part of our marketing activities. The cost in hard dollars is minimal but significant in time spent. We have over 1650 FaceBook fans that actively follow us and respond to our notifications”.
On Saturday, June 5th the Enormis location was closed for business – but the parking lot was packed. On that day the company hosted their first “Customer Appreciation Day”. Norman commented “Ethan came up with the idea and it worked great. We celebrated with a cookout, games, and prizes! Ed Dalesandro – End Result- our Rockford Fosgate rep cooked some good food. He came from Pittsburgh! Ethan organized some fun games. We even took a perfectly good 18″ chrome wheel and told people to throw it as far as they could! The winner Nick, won a pair of Rockford Fosgate 12″ woofers! We also had a Hushmat 150 contest. The person with the most rattle won a Hushmat Trunk Kit! In fact the person who won came all the way from Maryland! His name was Bob! There were lots of other winners!
Enormis customers had a great time and asked many questions. The event will definitely lead to future business. Norman concluded “Overall our business is up a bit in 2010. Without our extensive promotional activities that wouldn’t be the case. Retailers must have the passion and promote everyday”.
Offering a free Kenwood head unit is one promotion Norman directs to the company’s FaceBook fans. We develop a question and our fans respond. The best answer wins the head unit. Of course the winner may want to upgrade or need to purchase speakers and an amp. It’s a win for all parties.
